"Kyle was great about scheduling us to see homes on short notice in such a crazy busy market. He was very friendly and patient with our questions. As home buyers who have never experienced a market like this before, I think we could have benefited more from his expertise regarding what a successful offer might look like under the circumstances, or what was reasonable in terms of concessions to request from a seller, and so on. He was very willing to submit whatever offers or requests we made, but more feedback would have been helpful. In the end I think we ended up in the home that was meant for us, and I appreciate Kyle's part in the journey."
